System Integration
It is difficult to overstate the importance of XP's System Integration – the step that seamlessly integrates the DPR® with a customer's infrastructure. Before being shipped to the project site, the DPR is fully tested and field ready. The XP® team will then install and commission all equipment onsite in a timely manner, ensure the DPR communicates and seamlessly operates with your project's equipment and software, and provide onsite training.
Operation and Monitoring
Included in standard contracts and warranties, XP offers technical field services, spare parts inventories, and 24/7 monitoring. Should anything out of the ordinary occur, both the customer and the XP team will be notified to ensure the DPR quickly recovers to normal operating states. Additionally, ongoing XP support gives the customer the option to completely repurpose the DPR through control system modification.
Balance of Plant
XP is ready to provide turn-key solutions for our clients. Based on the needs of the project, the Xtreme Power® project management team typically assumes responsibility for the project's Balance of Plant. However, XP is open to a variety of scope splits, depending on the needs and capabilities of our customers.
